Folder UI

A post about this was made about a year ago, but I'd really like if the background of separate folders were a more dim and transparent color of the folder color you chose. It would make folders a little less useless since the only reason they're useful is for sorting, which can be improved by showing actual separation instead of subcategories of servers you have. 

Also, please make welcoming stickers disappear after a single use, since you could just hold shift and spam click it.
