Announcements Channel availability

It would be nice if Announcements Channels were available to Private servers that do not intend to be Community Servers. If the concern is that Community Guidelines and Terms of Service might not be followed in the Announcement Channel itself, thereby spreading to other servers, I think that the person Following the Announcements Channel knows what kind of messages are typical of that channel and can determine if they are desirable for their own server. Additionally, even without Discord's ability to oversee content within a given server, some moderation teams are still responsible in private servers. The responsibility still ultimately falls to appropriate moderation in the server containing the Announcements Channel as well as in the server receiving the Published messages. I hope this feature can be expanded to become more widespread as it is a very useful tool.
