Cryptocurrency produces nothing of value.  It’s just a toy for techbros to watch numbers go up while the power grid and market availability of critical computer components suffer.  Why on earth would you think that your user base consisting primarily of gamers would be interested in something that makes it impossible for them to get their graphics cards?
