Opt Out for Bots using our data

Bots gain access to our PFPs our user ID# and several other things about our accounts such as post counts and can even be used to keep track of how often we use certain words. I don't think this should be something that users shouldn't have control over as a member of the server. Often we join servers to hang out with friends because they invite us there. Sometimes we don't have control over our exposure to bots that collect our data and use it without our permission. I think any bot that collects or reads user post data, user account data or anything about the users use of the server should be required to have an opt in to allow the bot access to our personal data. Elsewise it should be automatically denied.

I get that this would be a pain in the butt for bot developers, but giving people whom have made whatever random bot access to my information through the API without my express permission should be something I have control over.
