Nitro gifting system

A suggestion to add to gifts when sent in a server is to allow only;

A) All friends to redeem,
B) Selected people to redeem,
C) Some sort of requirement to redeem.

This will fix the issue of Nitro sniping and other such stuff like Nitro generators.
