My discord account been hacked and they use my paypal to buy 11 Nitros and give them away

My account was stolen. When I discovered it, it was automatically sending messages to my friends. The content was 3 months of free nitro fraudulent text messages. I reminded my friends not to be fooled. Then I found out that my paypal was stolen. Yes, I bought 11 copies of nitro and gave it to others. I tried to change the discord password. When I changed it, they changed it back, and my paypal password was also changed.
