3 Month Free Nitro Phishing scam
This is a National Security Alert from Exactabyte L.L.C:
A major global threat has been discovered within the entire Discord network, (a) hacker(s) has infiltrated the Discord API/Network and has manipulated code within their client-side that enables their account to give them some form of Administrative privileges to allow the hacker to bypass security/privacy protocols on a global scale.
This message was received in DMs and this person is not friends with me nor are their any servers in common.
The message displays 3 months free Nitro From steam and has a link to Premiumdiscord The website URL has been scanned within a sandbox and we have evaluated the data within the report to show that this URL is not legitimate and once the user establishes a connection when activating the link a window will open and establish a false secure connection via HTTPS protocol and try to download payload into the cache directory of your web browser, our scanner have found that the URL is malicious and a danger to the end user!
DO not under any circumstances click this link, an official 1 month free release is available via the account it self when checking your subscription status within your account settings in the Discord APP/Program on PC or in the web version's settings.
Clicking this link to the illegal site will run payload and could potentially steal your password information, your account info and compromise not only your discord account but if you have a password database within your browser (e.g Chrome) it could try grab your passwords and the rest of your accounts could be compromised.
IF you get this false message block and report it immediately to Discord Administration.

It has been confirmed that this is a newly discovered Malware format in circulation of the other bunch of phishing scams done within discord.
Please see attachments and URLs for other sources confirming the legitimacy of this dangerous malware payload giving detailed report info.

There's a very similar scam still going on right now.
My friend got hacked today. Apparently, he clicked a phishing link. Then, the hacker on his profile sent a phishing message to some contacts. Here is the message:
Same end date, same length. Just another link and message.0 -
If you receive an unexpected DM with a Nitro link you should assume it is a scam.
Having no servers in common is a red flag. This means they got banned from the server that was shared at the time they sent the message.0
