Extra server boost after each year of boosting

As a way of increasing the chances that people would continue boosting servers (beyond just a star icon after 2 years of boosting) would be to include one more boost each year. It would decrease profit margins very slightly but would probably boost overall long-term spending by the users because they get something by boosting each month.

I assume most boosted servers are by one person to level one. A person would need 5 years to get to level 2 with the proposed feature.

However, it would be a very good milestone for people who are boosting and would keep them boosting even if their servers are going through a dry patch with not a lot of activity.

From the perspective of the community, well... Who doesn't like being given free things for loyalty?
