Discord completely destroying quality of both profile gif and banner gif

Hello. I've been a nitro user for almost two years, and I've been a fan of pretty much everything ever added to nitro, and I like the profile customisation quite a lot. However, recently discord has clearly changed their compression system and I can't even change my profile gif nor banner gif to something different, because they look awful due to the compression destroying the quality of it.

This is very annoying due to the fact that it pretty much doesn't allow me to change my profile picture nor banner because of the compression, there's a limit of 10MB, making the images any smaller completely ruins them.

I hope the compression system is somewhat changed or fixed, to stop this happening, as it never used to. Thanks.
