nitro not working
i bought nitro for $10 on ios today and the money was drawn from my account but the perks haven't been given to me
i saw in discord subscriptions that there were two of the same "nitro monthly" that both costed 9.99 so i bought the second one because it said that it would give me a refund of my previous subscription but i still don't have my nitro perks or a refund

To get assistance with that you need to submit a request rather than submitting feedback. Except for highly upvoted feedback, it's not clear if anyone from Discord actually reads these

the same thing happened to me three times, i submitted a request days ago but still havent gotten a reply

someone gifted me nitro and it lasted for 1 day and then it dissapeared
