Customer Service?

I am a nitro user, and yesterday my account kicked me back to the a screen and asked me to enter my phone number.  Doing that it says invalid number.  I only have one email, one phone number, password and phone were correct, and nothings changed.  I created a ticket and no one has answered, i messaged on twitter and no one answered.  I cannot access my account and im literally paying for this service.  I can't even cancel my service from here without getting through this invalid number issue.

 

Am i missing another customer service avenue? This is really frustrating.

    They don't care about you and won't respond to support. I've had a ticket in for over a month now myself and was a nitro sub. No more will they get anymore from me, you should think about doing the same.

    Oh, is it because your Discord logged in different areas and discord to protect you? I am not sure, but maybe they will get back within few days.

    I am having same problem.  Customer support and tech support from discord is the absolute worst.

    hey, guys, just wait patiently. Discord team just replied my ticket and let my account back. We should believe Discord team and wait few more days.
