Move the reactions of a message

What im saying is to implement an action to Right Click (on a message) > Reactions.

This action will allow users with Manage Messages permission to move the positions of the reactions. I think the best way will be a drag function.

In this image you can see an example; what i will like to do is to move the 📣 reaction (first place) to the second place where the 🎉 is located.
