my account is disabled but i still have nitro

so my account is disabled. I really have no problem with that i know what i did and i deserve it, but i have my card information in there and it will automatically recharge. I already messaged discord on support site but no answer. i need a human that will talk with me about this. upvote for more visibility. H E L P ASAP
