@here for roles

I've seen similar posts, but none of which got much of a response, so here's to trying again.

I often find myself in a situation where I need some people of a certain role, but don't want to ping every person who has that role, like when pinging a moderator for a scam bot, for example.

In cases like these, it would be very useful to have something similar to @here, but for roles. That way, you won't bother everyone who has that role, but will get someone who's ready to respond anyway.

  I've never run into this use case, but I support it anyways in the eventual event that I do.
