Allow us to tier roles based on a Sectional Tier system.

The overlapping of roles is a nightmare.  When you get into a large community and you have several areas you are trying to keep secure it's an absolute nightmare.  DO a system similar to guilded and allow us to tier the roles so they are specific to categories, not the server.
