Nitro emoji problem

I have Discord Nitro and there is a server with an emoji named 45. I can use the emoji anywhere by typing :45:. The problem with this is that there is no way to disable that. When I tried to say a part of a long video, I tried to say 3:45:22 but it becomes 3(emoji)22. If I add a \ before the :45:, it becomes <:45:914237911359184947>. There is no way to make it just say :45:.
