Allow users without Discord Nitro to customise server profiles

As Discord more and more shifts from a site uniquely for "gamers" and more towards general community use (as indicated by various measures taken by the Discord team), more and more people (such as myself) are using Discord both for casual use like servers for games, but also for actual organisations. With this in mind, I would like to have the option to be able to have a unique profile picture and About Me section for every server without having to pay. At the current state, the Discord server of this organisation looks like a masquerade ball. Thus, I believe that it is in the best interest of Discord to offer this feature to all users if it would like to change its approach.

  I am a Nitro subscriber. And I think that this feature should remain for Nitro. Since, Discord makes special buns so that you also switch to a subscription. So I don't think it's necessary.
