It would still follow discord limits of group chat members however it would be able to add them back if ever in a group.or if you really want to if they have been a previous owner

I think it shouldn't be stored in local storage, and instead a separate local DB that's more resilient, or on the cloud(it shouldn't be that much to store gif links, and emoji ids in your favorited...

Use a DB for favorited gifs and favorited emojis and also standaralize emoji

I think discord should auto separate group chats and normal DM messages, and maybe allow you to spilt bot Dms and User DMs, and to allow you to pick which ones you allow.

I think this still exists on some versions of android, and maybe apple.
