I think people are overlooking the fact that if this is implemented, it wouldn't be quite as difficult as people think for Discord to prevent abuse of it. Just restrict access to methods and things...

This would have to be an API change, stating the reason why a message fails to send to a user.

While this is already very possible through bots, I think it would look/feel better and easier to use if it was integrated with Discord.
