If you right click on the message, you can click "Reactions" to open a menu where you can do just that.

You can already deny people access to see what you're playing by going to User Settings > Game Activity then toggling "Display currently running game as a status message."

This is absolutely necessary. Is a good feature to be added if you just want a small temporary group where you don't want to have to fiddle with permissions too much. In my opinion, 10 is too small...

There actually is a report button. You have to join the custodians in discord.gg/discord-feedback and you'll be able to help out and get cool stuff doing it. As for your suggestion, Discord didn't...
