total bs lost my email cant verify new comp discord wont help

i have account name password all the account info  they just say make a new account ... and lose all my contacts over last 5 years  total bs  its not even texting or calling my phone like it should   can anyone help   ... i can log in just cant get to the email i lost it a year ago and no way to recover ive called them several times   thanks for reading
