Can discord start to disable accounts in a server who the owner broke the ToS rules?

What happened. the owner of the server got banned becuase he broke the ToS rules, some members started to leave because they started to think that discord can disable his accounts too.

So the is question can they get banned or get his account disabled?

    same happenend with me my account got disabled because of some bad servers that i joined by mistake

    same discord management is soo shit man they don't reply to any kind of mail.
