Having DMs open for server mods and/or bots only

Make the option, if you block DMs on a server that you can whitelist the server mods (people who can ban people) and/or bots with the check mark BOT badge. 

It would be useful because I had the issue that someone kept making burner accounts to spam me. However when I restrict my DMs to friends only, warning bots are not able to PM me or report bots could not update me whether my report was resolved.
