Streaming App inclusions.

Hi Developers and users. I would like to see a option to include apps used by Discord to be streamed. Àll other apps should display a preferred¹/default image to display if the user prefers to display for example "Busy with personal stuff" and¹/or "be right back" It prevents users from streaming sensitive information. Simply a list with apps that have permission to stream them would resolve the Hazzards occouring without the solution.
