[Android] Top line about connecting status to VC

After recent Discord updates, I ran into a problem - a notification line about connecting to VC. Previously, while watching a demonstration of my friends' screen, I looked at the full screen, now this line is not hidden, and also because of a bug it can take up almost half of the screen, which causes great discomfort.
