Why is there a "maybe later" option for declining your ads/features?

A notification popped up today for "Game Night - all activities are free today!"

There were 2 options:

Maybe later

Play now

I have no interest in this, not now, not later, or ever.

Why was there no option for "Not interested" or "Never"?

Or even a method to prevent such notifications from appearing again?
