I would like to have contact with a human support employee.
I would like personal contact with support to better discuss misunderstandings or ambiguities. to be able to clean up.
In my eyes, the automation only brings resentment and frustration, since these algorithms do not work properly in my opinion. The best example here would probably be the visual recognition of shameful images and normal everyday images.
Likewise, the recognition of contexts in the automation is missing.
These 2 aspects alone require a human approach to compensate for unjustified decisions made by the bots / AI.
I've already made the effort and looked for reviews from the DC support, which is shockingly bad, mostly only 1 star out of 5.
This is actually a no go for an otherwise good messenger/forum/comunety hub.

Good luck. Customer service is non-existent.
Everything is standard messages. Even though you have written a well thought-out ticket, they still reply with a rude standard message.If you reply to that message because your problem dint get resolved, they will just keep marking the ticket as solved with either the same standard message or with no reply.
That's it... Get used to it I guess, cause.they don't give a flying f-word about us customers/users.

I think so too but probably. After all, these people have a moral compas and a spark of humanity in them.
