are you kidding with the new usernames

there's already a lot of people who are complaining about this, but i figured to add to it anyway just to get it through discord's head that this is a dumb idea.

what are you doing, discord? you say that this is so that users can be found easier, but i do NOT want to be found. the fact that the tags have billions of combinations makes it so that people can't randomly add me when they only know my @. that's one of the reasons why i went to discord in the first place -- i have better control over my privacy that i didn't have on other platforms.

no one asked for this change. why are you doing things that NO ONE WANTS?
