Why a few people can't access to the anniversary tab ?

Hi, I noticed that everyone else has access to the anniversary tab except me, so I reached out to support for clarification. However, they informed me that it's normal to remove features from random members who didn't request for it. I don't understand why this feature was removed from some people without any explanation.
