Notices for server activity in a server that I am not even in, let alone have anything to do with

I have just recieved 3 separate notices, because a bot added me to a server some time ago (I have since removed all external bot account access), which I quit right after getting an @ everyone from someone on there (about two hours ago). I am not an active participant on said server, do not own the server and was not even on it at the time of getting said notices. Why is this company threatening me with account termination three separate times because of the actions of individuals I have no connection to?
