Add some "medallions?"

It would be something that you can award to members that goes at the side of the name

It would be like roles (from the server managing view) but without perms management. Admins, bots and people with perms can award them.

  you could probably use a bot to achieve this - for example YUI bot has reputation. I'm not trying to advertise it, just saying that you can achieve a similar functionality with bots. Then you can decide who has permission to give reputation. Then you might even link  that reputation with special roles ( i'm not sure if it's possible, but it should be theoretically?)

  i know but its not visual, you have to run a command to see the rep
