Discord Server Role Permissions

Some of the Server Role Permissions are flawed in many ways and needs some work.

The flaws I have found - 
"Manage Roles" should be separated into "Manage Roles" (For purely editing the role itself) and "Add/Remove Roles" (for adding and removing roles from users).

"Manage Roles" should not override the "Manage Channel" permission, by this I mean, if a moderator has access to a channel and can "Manage Roles" but cannot "Manage Channel" then can edit ALL permissions of that channel including their own permissions even if a permission is specifically denied, they are able to add allow themselves to change it.

"Manage Channels" should be separated into "Manage Channels" and something like "Manage Slowmode".
