Twitter Replies Connection to Discord: A Dilemma

I'm aware that you can link twitter accounts a number of ways to post in a discord channel, but all I've seen is if the selected Twitter account actually posts a tweet; what if I want to see if that account replies someone on twitter?

Thanks for any tips. I've never posted in here before, so I hope this is the right place to put this.
