Permission for installation

Hello. It would be nice to add an "android.permission.REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES" permission to an android application. Without it, you cannot install downloaded apk files from the notification panel. Thanks ✌🏻

  It would be better if they made it to where it detects dangerous download links and apks which will cause the app to ask if you're sure that you want to download it.
