Disableing Notifications for everyone as server Admin

I think for many, including myself, it is innconvinient to recieve hundreds of notifications for someone just using a music Bot or alike. It would be benificial if the server admin had the power to turn off notifcations for everyone, in a certain text channel which is designated for Bot commands. It Also ensures that Important information isnt over crowded by the unnecessary.
