Delivered/Seen Feature for Messages in DM's and Group Chats

There should be a Delivered/Seen Feature for messages that you sent in DM's and group chats to friends on Discord so it makes it easier for communication purposes, and to make sure the word has gotten through.

Obviously, just like WhatsApp, you would also have the functionality of being able to turn this off at any time.
