How will other family member create a new account if the IP got banned on a server?

I'm asking this because I got banned on a Discord for no reason so I ask my brother why. Only me and my brother knows how to use Discord in our family and he said he got banned on the same server that I also joined, and we were living in a house together with the same IP address connected. PLEASSEEE Help me!!
