Feature request for dealing with ban speedrunners.

Lately there has been a growing trend among what I guess is mostly kids to speedrun bans on the large servers. I see this myself pretty much daily now and frankly it's getting very annoying so I started thinking about what could be done to prevent it in the future. Wouldn't it be possible for you to implement a feature that would allow the partnered and verified servers moderators to report these users as ban speedrunners and if they get enough reports from different servers these users would be banned from Discord altogether?

  Or, if large servers have the option to shadow ban them, they'll probably figure out they've been banned sooner or later, but without a good way to tell how long it took, it would be pretty hard to speedrun :)
