New setting to block DMs with links (URLs) from unknown users

A lot of scam bots imitate the functionality of other bots working on popular servers, where the scam bot sends DMs to the users in the server, trying to supplant the original bot identity and scam the user.

Something to prevent that could be to create a new setting where you can block any DM from someone who is not a friend and contains a link.

I know there is this setting to block all DMs from a certain server, but maybe you want for people to be able to talk to you directly, just not with links which could put your PC or account in danger.

I also do know some popular bots work with sending DMs with links to every and each user that joins the server, to do a captcha for instance. However, I think it's more important to help the user to keep his account safe.

What I am trying to say is that the priority should be to give users the chance to keep their account protected. Of course if you want you can disable it, but there are a lot of users which use discord for a certain server and nothing more, so they could block DMs with links and be safe from all these scam bots.
