Allow emojis and custum emojis for category and channel titles.

Currently, discord does not have the ability to use emoji's for Category and Channel titles through PC. Users are only able to do so via mobile devices and are restricted to emoji options available on that device.

To be able to upload and use custom emojis for Categories and Channel titles would allow for more options and customization of discord server environments providing for an even better or unique user visual experience.
