Bot / Script to prevent NSFW content on non- NSFW channels

I want to turn my discord server into a community server. Yet my major concern is how to prevent non NSFW channels from posts or text conservation of NSFW. Yes, when I see it. I can ban a user. But how to I setup a bot? Or a script to notify me that x user attempted to post something 18+ or something just rule breaking.
