Advanced tagging.

I think it'd be awesome to add a feature that includes the ability to ping certain people IF they have a combination of roles. On my server we use game roles and we have the friend role as example, so it would be awesome to be able to ping friends that have GTA V. Example: [@GTA V, @friends]
