Can you stop rigging the tag discriminators?

So I made 7 alts (just in case stuff happens) under totally different names and for some reason I have gotten #3447 three times and #4500 four times? I made some more after that with again, totally different names and it now kept giving me #6735 and #7948. I have never seen anyone get below #0010 (not even #0001!) or even get #6969 without nitro. Even it has happened to my friends too. One of my friends decided to make a few alts and got #5595 constantly with only one being you guessed it, freaking #7948. Can you please stop rigging the tags that you give the users and make it totally random again? I don't like it when people are given literally the same 5 tags over and over. I have seen WAY too many people with #7948 and #1041 while I was searching through a server with 3k members and they did not have nitro. Please make the tags truly random and make it possible to get such tags as #0001 and #4444 again! I am not paying for something that I will lose again within a month it is not worth it. Even worse, if you do that, you lose your original tag which is even MORE rage inducing.
