Discord account got wrongfully disabled and they haven't responded at all

My discord account got disabled today (about a few hours ago) just for filing a refund on nitro after an automatic payment was made on my account that's already been in debt for a while and trying to make some money on it to deposit and will most likely close unless if I filed a dispute which I did.

I already made a request for the refund on the nitro (which that's what led me to here), filed a report or an appeal, even tried to tweet at them about it, etc. and none of it worked while not responding to me about it except for filing a dispute from my bank. I already saw some of the posts on here that relate to my situation with absolutely no outcome on it, and I really do hope this gets resolved to all of you that have accounts that are currently disabled. I want my account enabled and working again, I really don't lose this account that's almost 5 years old.

I'm tired of this situation and the similar situations that I'm already going through as well already, fix your shit discord, fix the accounts that were wrongfully disabled. 

My account is also clumsy#2359. If any of the mods that see these forums or just anyone at all that can try to help me out, please let me know in the comments. I need this fixed because this was a huge mistake on their part. I'm done using their app for a while now.
