More Server Settings

As a member who used discord for Educational + Student Management Systems

I would like to implement some settings.

Which is Hiding the list of users.

Basically;

There would be a setting in the server settings menu, in which we can toggle to make the list of members appear or disappear for "everyone" in the server. It can also be as a role setting; Everyone with a specific role can/can't see the list of members.

The reason that I would like this change is - Stop people from getting distracted from others' status or profile picture.

Changing DM settings

This is a role setting, in which you can toggle to make the members in a server unable/able to DM people in the server.

This is useful for many purposes; Mine is to make users in a server not interfere with others and change their decisions.
