Logging on with phone and xite says my email doent exist

I am trying to log on to my account with my phone, but it says my email isnt on file. When I try to add my phone number to my acct, it says phone number already in use. Need help.

    Hello,

    I know that this can be stressful when this happens. One of my suggestions is make sure you're not trying to create an account, instead you should login. One other idea is make sure no-one hacked your account. If none of this helps, I suggest contacting official discord support.
