[Idea] [Suggestion] New server role permission: View Roles

'VIEW ROLES' SERVER ROLE PERMISSION

As servers will see the redesigned Roles section, and the ability to see how many individuals are in each role. Discord should implement a 'View Roles" permission for those who would be able to view the Roles tab, all the roles on the server and how many individuals have each role, but will not be able to edit any permissions or remove any individual from any role.

  as someone who uses discord frequently, and has admin perms on my friends server. this would be a nice feature to have so others can see the roles but can't mess with anything
