More Twitch Intergration Options such as Months Subbed / Cheers / Bits etc.

The Tier 1,2,3 integration is great, but as someone who maybe only gets Tier 1 subs it'd be great to have something for your server that's more in line with what people see in the twitch experience. Having roles for the 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, 1-year with colours to match the badges used on them would be great. Maybe even possible through a bot to automatically detect months subbed and change role automatically. Adding to this, If a person has cheered before in the twitch channel, it'd be nice to also represent that as a role but have it cloned with the Tier 1 role or something to save having 9 roles with the same permissions just for 1-2 extra 'titles' in their name. I know it won't be easy having a role that shows how many bits someone has cheered overall but just knowing they're someone who has at least once, gives them that boast.
