Performance mode on discord

Hi, I would like to suggest a feature/ mode in discord where someone with a low end pc can use discord while playing games without lag or fps being reduced. The feature is like performance mode where it can be enabled when gaming and all you can do Is only have a voice call or text people in your friends list and it uses very little system resources since all you can do is call and text people in your friends list. But other than that the overlay can still work and also being able to see your friends activity so that you can know when you can play with them could also work. I dont know if this is possible or dumb but I just wanted to suggest if this could be a feature or mode since I love using discord alot but can't use it when gaming since I have a low end laptop with intergrated graphics.
