My friend got hacked

so my best friend got hacked a couple of days ago and I don't know if any of you guys on discord have heard of this hacker because he hacked my friends friend before him but I don't know who the guy hacked first but what he did was he acted as the friend saying hey do you want to get this texture pack for GTA V and my friend said yeah so when he downloaded it he got something called like a token something and my friend was getting signed out of everything but since discord support is so lazy he hasn't gotten his discord account back but he got his roblox but not his valorant account back but luckily he didn't get signed out of his epic games account same as his steam can anyone help because he has had that account since 2017 and we have soooo many memory's with so many friends.
